Ingredients
- ½ Large Avocado
- 1 to 1 ½ cup cold milk, almond milk, or rice milk
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp salt (optional, pink salt recommended)
- Scoop of protein powder (optional)
- 1 Banana (optional)
