Chef Ena: Filipino Avocado Dessert

Perfect for a warm day, this easy-to-make treat combines the rich flavor of ripe avocados with the sweetness of condensed milk and the smoothness of whole milk, finished off with a cooling touch of ice. Customize it to your liking with a hint of sugar, honey, or extra condensed milk.
Ingredients:
- 2 large avocados
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup half-and-half or whole milk
- Ice cubes


Directions:
- Rinse the avocados, cut them in half, remove the pits, and score the flesh while still inside the shells. Place the avocado flesh in a medium bowl.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and whole milk to the bowl.
- Add ice cubes and mix until well combined and chilled.
- Note: You can add granulated sugar, honey, or extra sweetened condensed milk to taste.
